Reliability gone downhill and upgrade policy sucks

I used to love this app. But then they came out with anew app that you had to pay for. Some people bought the old app just before The change and felt ripped off. Their response: the old app does what its designed to do, you should be happy. Yes, technically they are right. But from a customer sat perspective they simply dont get it.

Then the app reliability actually started going down hill. Finally enough that I ditched it and got "Anylist" to replace it. And Ive been happy ever since....
